Q Investments Invests in NRG Investments Inc.Q Investments Ltd. has agreed to purchase, on a private placement basis, 3,500,000 common shares of NRG Investments Inc. (“NRG”) at $0.50 per share, for a total purchase price of Cdn$1,750,000. NRG is a private British Columbia corporation in the oil and gas business. The funds will be employed by NRG to fund its acquisition of the oil and gas assets in the Wainwright area of Alberta from Netco Energy Inc. for a purchase price of Cdn$1,500,000. The Wainwright asset includes a producing gas well and mineral rights to a one section area. The working interest in the property and producing well 6-2-44-5-W5M is 68.75%. The Company and NRG are related parties under Exchange policy 5.9. The investment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
