Q Investments Invests in Netco Energy Inc.Q Investments Ltd. has agreed to purchase, on a private placement basis, 5,000,000 units of Netco Energy Inc. (“Netco”) at $0.32 per unit, for a total purchase price of $1,600,000. Each unit will consist of one common share of Netco, and one share purchase warrant entitling the Company to purchase one additional common share of Netco at a price of $0.43 exercisable for a period of five years. The Company and Netco are related parties under Exchange policy 5.9.
