The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mark Kimberley as a Director of the Company. Mr. Kimberley has a Bachelor degree in Commerce and a Law degree from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Kimberley is a member of the Bermuda Bar Association and is currently working as a lawyer for Marshall Diel & Myers, Barristers & Attorneys since 1999. The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Jan O’Meara as Secretary. Mrs. O’Meara is a Senior Corporate Administrator with Marshall Diel and Myers and has over thirty years experience as a Corporate Secretary.
