(“Cubix”) announces that due to delays in the audit of the year-end financial statements, the Company was not able to file the fourth quarter financials and mail the Annual General Meeting material in a timely manner. Therefore, the Company’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for December 12, 2002 will be postponed to a later date. Cubix expects to hold the AGM within the first 60 days of the upcoming New Year but the exact date has not yet been determined.
